When you have decided that you would like to move forward in submitting your design request, you will need to book a discovery session so that we can discuss your needs to determine if we are able to fulfill your project needs.

You will also need to complete a web design questionnaire so that we have a full understanding of your expectations and business needs.

After the discovery session, if you choose to move forward, here are the next steps:

• The $45 Discovery Session fee will be applied as a discount on your invoice.
• You will receive a project agreement to review and sign.
• Upon approval of the agreement, we will send you an invoice. 
• Upon receipt of your payment, we will begin setting up your client account. 
• You will receive another email giving you access to our client portal where you can stay updated on the progress of your project. This portal will also serve as our primary source of communication for the duration of your project.
• After your account has been setup, we will schedule a 60-minute Clarity Session with you to go over the details of your project.
• Once we are clear on what your project needs are we will get to work! 

If you decide not to move forward with us, we will provide you wih a copy of your web design questionnaire as well as a Recommended Action Plan from your discovery session. This can be helpful if you decide to design your website yourself or hire another designer.
